I have been doing this workout for about 4 months and my belly is almost flat I got an ab crack and I think by the end of this year I will be very skinny I I other workout with these in total I worked put 35 mins a day I don't do a diet but I try to eat the healthiest

Start skipping instead of doing jumping jacks – adds more to the workout

So if it's good to do a 15 minute HIIT Workout, is the 15 minutes total (with small breaks between things)? Or is it 15 minutes of the intense workouts so the total time is long (maybe 25 minutes)?
