    I haven't been working out in so long and have lost my strength 🙁 I had to take so many breaks and modify through this video. I couldn't even use the chair, I had to come down onto hands and knees. I'm disappointed today but determined to keep pushing until I get my strength and endurance back again!

    Dear Future Grass,

    I just completed this workout. I see stars.

    I REALLY am trying not to pause the video at all. To strive through. I did so much better than when I first did this video! I only took ONE quick break 30 seconds into the 4th cursty pulse round. THOSE ARE BY FAR THE HARDEST!!! I got through it by chanting random stuff to myself like my times tables or the lyrics to Ava Max's "Kings and Queens"

    I'm really proud of myself for making it so far without pausing. On the other hand, I'm kind of disappointed that I paused. OH! I also paused during that random unstoppable ad. Hey, if Cassey isn't working through the ads, neither am I.
