    Thank you so much , this workout was great I am so proud of myself I normally do 10-15 min workouts and I didn't workout for a few months so this was an amazing way to start again. And yes I can't believe this but it did not feel like 30 min like wow and I don't think I have ever sweated this much in my life( lol) during a workout!! Als0, thank you for the modifications even though I did most of them fully sometimes I was way to tired so I did the modifications and knew I wasn't wasting time .Again thank you so much and I really recommend this workout if you don't want to start because you think it will be long I was the same but I don't regret it at all it was actually really fun .

    Love this! Only thing for me is that what I really want is a 30 minute just pure cardio, no abs! I do my abs session separately, so looking for 30 minute elevated hear rate and sweat…I always end up doing my own cardio in the abs sections, just using the timers from the workout!!

    Day 0: I’m a 27 year old overweight male. This is the first ever training video I’ve used/tried/followed. Not done this type of cardio training for 10+ years. Managed 20 minutes then I was about to pass out. Not sure if it’s cramps or soreness but everything hurts. Had to lean against a wall in the shower. Now recovering in my armchair. Thank you so much for the workout ladies, you’re awesome! 5/5 will try again next time it rains
