    I did the whole work out it was a bit intense for me but the more I do these moves the better I will get at the push ups and burpees especially I also luuuuv the interaction amongst them how they talk and laugh and make fun of each other it feels as if I am in a gym class with my very close friends <3 I adore how Anna adds important information like which muscles we are working on and what we should do the next day after intense work outs! just perfect!!

    Just a few suggestions that I think would improve the workout:
    -short overview of how many rounds and exercises at the beginning
    -reminder of the modifications available when you’re burning out on a muscle group and can’t finish (Anna did this sometimes)
    -some moves are heavily dependant on your mobility, point out what the mod is (e.g. the hip circle exercise)
