    It's honestly my fave HIIT workout ever. I always come back to it when I feel like I would like to lose some weight or maybe get more toned and it works every time. It's also super exhausting but in the best way! It may be "just" 40 minutes but oh my god, is it incredibly hard! Anyways, love it, doing it for the 3rd day in a row today ^^

    This is a great workout.. I feel the burn on my belly.. It's like I felt tht it's really working on it..
    I m going to do it every twice a week with other workouts as well like strength workouts..

    Working out with Kelli is a weird experience.

    On one hand, she is my favorite FB coach (although Daniel is amazing too).

    On the other, you never know what to expect with her. Is it going to be a breeze in the park or a torturous experience you'll never recover from?

    This is my first time doing her workout, I loved it but I wished she would’ve started with a warmup, I didn’t warmup before starting because I thought it was included , it made the workout more difficult.
