Here is a Yoga routine with the perfect balance of strength moves & flexibility poses get the best out of both worlds! We will be working on improving our shoulder and core stability as well as stretching our hamstrings, shoulders, hip flexors, quads, hips and basically our entire body. This routine can be done first time in the morning to energize your day or mid-afternoon as well! Feel free to do what you can and to modify the routine by making it harder or easier depending on your own level. If yoga is good in the morning, I would like to ask… Is it before breakfast or after breakfast? I love to eat heavy meal in the morning. I need to know if won't Alter the result I expected to be. I hope for your kind consideration. Thank you!

I saw 13 mins and I thought hell yeah I can do that and be ok. Bot was I wrong lmao i couldnt even finish the workout lol

I have been doing this every day and I can already see great results. Changed my eating habits a little. the bikini shorts that were digging into me quite a bit 2 weeks ago are now hardly digging in. I definitely recommend doing this if you want to lose belly fat! I'll post an update after 3 more weeks of doing this.
