    I've had shoulder and neck pain for a couple of days, I've been doing my daily yoga with your calendar! Today I found this video and chose to switch with my daily practice, after this wanderful practice I feel a bit of flow and sensation on my back which seems working! I hope I get rid of this pain. However, I'll repeat it today! Thank you Adriene!

    Hi Adrienne, I currently have a frozen shoulder so severely restricted in movement in one arm. I really want to carry on doing yoga but most of it is terribly difficult. I feel like a lot of the physio exercises I’m doing would work much better for me if they were a sequence of gentle yoga stretches. I’d love it if you could do a yoga for frozen shoulder practice.

    Haven't managed to get a yoga session in since I moved in early april….finally grabbed this one since my arms and shoulders have been rekt with the new, 8 hours of computer per day job…. definitely need to do more often, I'm SO STIFF D: glad I finally got one in. Maybe I can get back to the once per week I planned at the beginning of the year, at least!!
