    I haven't done this workout in a few years. I have not run across it lately but it was great and the beautiful scenery helps to get everyone in the mood to get moving. More like this one, Lucy.

    Love the side by side – like two workouts in one! Usually, the instructor shows a low impact modification and then quickly moves on to the high intensity which leaves you somewhat lost. Thank you for a great workout!

    Awesome. Walking is my main form of excercise, a little dancing and some stretching. I have seen results in my waist and hip. I need to strength and tightened my underarms and back. What exercise, you recommend?
