Cuarentena? este circuito de cuerpo completo y cardio en casa es la mejor opción para ejercitarse y tener actividad física ahora que estamos bajo resguardo por la situación que atraviesa la mayoría de los paises.
Es un entrenamiento tabata de 8 ejercicios de cuerpo completo los cuales se realiza el ejercicio por 20 segundos y se descansa por 10 segundos.
Para hacer esta rutina de cuerpo completo lo único que necesitas en un tapete, una cuerda para saltar si no la tienes puedes hacer leaping jack, y unos discos de deslizamiento igual si no los tienes puedes usar una toalla o una hoja de papel.

Los ejercicios funcionales son los siguiente: 1.atomic crunches 2. satan presse 3.reverse lunge 4.sprints con cuerda 5. sit ups 6. push ups entrance touches 7.sumo squats 8. plank crunches

This can be a full physique tabata exercise of 8 purposeful workout routines carried out in a 20 sec interval by 10 sec relaxation. you are able to do all of this exercise at dwelling no gear required. if you do not have a leap rope
you are able to do leaping jack as an alternative and if do not have gliding disk you need to use a towel or a bit of paper.

Es wird strong. Zumindest hier und da. Eure Schultern werden gut auf ihre Kosten kommen, die Oberschenkel arbeiten fleißig mit und auch die Körpermitte bringen wir kurzzeitig zum kochen.

STRONG & BEAUTIFUL ist ein feines Full Body Yoga Workout, welches den gesamten Körper fordert, fördert und eventuell sogar die eine oder andere Grenze aufzeigt 🙂

Und eins noch: wir legen gleich zu Beginn relativ (!) kraftvoll los. Wenn ihr die Aufwärmphase gerne etwas länger gestaltet, dann macht vor der Einheit einfach noch ein paar Sonnengrüsse.
