    Wow! I was just looking for a short yoga video to cool down after my workouts. as I scrolled through the playlist, I clicked on this one because I have scoliosis and chronic back pain. I did not expect this amount of – I'm not sure what to call it, well-being. Very quickly into the session, I started feeling so much relief in my back!! I absolutely did not expect such success. I'm going to hit this one often!
