    Tuesday 1st June – 3 hours maintenance work in the garden yesterday and an evening session at the skatepark last night left my back, hips and knees tight this morning! This helped again…

    Wow! I was just looking for a short yoga video to cool down after my workouts. as I scrolled through the playlist, I clicked on this one because I have scoliosis and chronic back pain. I did not expect this amount of – I'm not sure what to call it, well-being. Very quickly into the session, I started feeling so much relief in my back!! I absolutely did not expect such success. I'm going to hit this one often!

    Thank you for making videos like this! I've attempted this one at least half a dozen times, always stopping before it was done because it was all I could handle. But today I finally got through the whole video, which means my back is getting better. It is teaching me some sorely needed patience.

    My back has been much better since I used this back discomfort guideline, Kenzano Ayb (Go ogle it). This was the only real guide which worked well of all of the other guides I`ve used. I was amazed my back was better. This might be only the ultimate answer to my issue!

Es wird strong. Zumindest hier und da. Eure Schultern werden gut auf ihre Kosten kommen, die Oberschenkel arbeiten fleißig mit und auch die Körpermitte bringen wir kurzzeitig zum kochen.

STRONG & BEAUTIFUL ist ein feines Full Body Yoga Workout, welches den gesamten Körper fordert, fördert und eventuell sogar die eine oder andere Grenze aufzeigt 🙂

Und eins noch: wir legen gleich zu Beginn relativ (!) kraftvoll los. Wenn ihr die Aufwärmphase gerne etwas länger gestaltet, dann macht vor der Einheit einfach noch ein paar Sonnengrüsse.
