    I hurt my back yesterday and I’ve been in pain since. I tried ibuprofen, a heating pad and some bio freeze and nothing really helped. I used to practice yoga about 3 years ago but I moved somewhere that is hard to find a good class. I thought I would try to find a yoga video for back pain and try it today. I came across you and did two of your videos. The pain is almost all gone now. . I’m glad I found you here. I can’t wait to do other videos of yours.

    Backpain is now reduced, not sure if it's just a function of time or that the exercise improved my mood which made me less receptive to pain or if the exercise itself reduced the pain. Either way, I'm in less pain than I was before I tried the program, and I now have some momentum to keep exercising. Thank you 🙂

    I have had back pain so bad, that it hurts when someone barely bumps into me. Wanted to go to a doctor or something, but I was rejected by my dad. I saw this video and thought it wouldn't work first try, but if I kept going at it everyday then I would get better. My back instantly felt amazing with the first few exercises! The rolling was so much fun to do! Haha. I will try and use this as often as possible! Namaste.

    I found your videos during 2020. I’m receiving my Yoga certification next week. I love yoga, I love you. This is how I teach as well. Slow and controlled. I’m hoping more people will start jumping back on the bandwagon for back to basics yoga.
