    Thank you for also writing the original Sanskrit names of the yogasanas you have shown in this video. This makes the video informative and honest as it does not severe yoga from its original Indian roots. Many yoga videos on YouTube don't include the original Sanskrit names of yogasanas in them. Really appreciate this about your video, and also the clarity with which you have shown how to do each pose.
