    Ich werde die Routine mal morgendlich testen. Ich mache eigentlich Kraftsport, aber mehr Beweglichkeit kann nicht schaden und ist ein guter Ausgleich.

    Ich meine.. ich schaffe den Schneidersitz nicht mal und meinen Hintern auf meine Fersen zu bekommen kann ich eh vergessen.
    Mal schauen wie viel diese Routine bringt.

    Ich habe fast über ein Jahr Yoga mit deinen Videos gemacht, dann haben mich meine Depressionen eingeholt und ich habe lange gar nichts gemacht, jetzt möchte ich als Teil auf meinem Weg zur Besserung wieder anfangen.     Diese kurze Yoga-Session mache ich fast täglich und ist für Anfänger, sowohl auch Fortgeschrittene sehr gut geeignet. Sie mobilisiert, dehnt und bringt Energie für den Tag. Mit Mady bin ich zum Yoga gekommen und werde immer besser. Sie erklärt es hervorragend und die Videos werden sehr schön von ihr erstellt. Ein großes Lob an Mady Morrison:-)
