Nunca he hecho ejercicio, pero llevo casi 2 meses con esta rutina y me siento bien, me costó mucho tomar el ritmo, y las planchas en un principio fueron las que me costaron demasiado. Ahora hago esta rutina 5 veces a las semana y la amo, me encanta. Gracias AI LEE
