    Damn, I really love Tim's videos and style, liked this practice a lot as well. But for the love of god, don't place ads DURING the practice, especially not every 5 minutes. I understand it's a way to get some money out of this but please place them before/ after the video.
    Guess I'll have to stick to Tim's own channel.

    The amount of advertisements in this yoga flow isn’t good it stopes my flow so I can skip add and interrupts my the hole thing any one else?

    Felt more like a slow work out sesh than a yoga sesh… The flow didn't feel very smooth nor did it feel very mindful other than the ending meditation. The ads also really were the cherry on top. It's hard to get in "the zone" when ads keep popping up. I like Tim for workouts but maybe not so much for mindful yoga.

    Why so many ad breaks during a yoga vid? Beginning and end is fine but this vid has 4 aeperate ad breaks approx every 7 mins – happened in Canada and South Africa. Help if you can pls Tim

    Boycotting "hellofresh" purely because their ad interrupts Tims videos 4-5 times a session. Otherwise, they actually seem like a cool company and wish nothing but the best for them. hahaha

    It was "lovely" and very practical until the loud nerve jarring ads were put within the quieter content. So much for "mindful" or meditative.

Es wird strong. Zumindest hier und da. Eure Schultern werden gut auf ihre Kosten kommen, die Oberschenkel arbeiten fleißig mit und auch die Körpermitte bringen wir kurzzeitig zum kochen.

STRONG & BEAUTIFUL ist ein feines Full Body Yoga Workout, welches den gesamten Körper fordert, fördert und eventuell sogar die eine oder andere Grenze aufzeigt 🙂

Und eins noch: wir legen gleich zu Beginn relativ (!) kraftvoll los. Wenn ihr die Aufwärmphase gerne etwas länger gestaltet, dann macht vor der Einheit einfach noch ein paar Sonnengrüsse.
