    Hi Kassandra, it seems no matter which yoga session I pick from your channel, it's always just what I need. Sometimes I search through your playlists and other times, I just pick what pops up first on my screen – today was one of those days. I have never been flexible, not even as a child, but with your guidance and encouraging words, I find I let go of the need to push further and am pleasantly surprised to see results – I love how affirming you are to everyone letting us know that it's okay to have bent knees, or modify.
