    WTH today was my active rest day( doing the weight loss challenge)and I thought of doing some stretches and relax but my body was like nah your gonna get painnnnn!!!! ?
    I think my body has turned into a stick especially my legs I can’t even make them straight
    I should do these stretches more often ?
