20 MIN AT HOME FULL BODY WORKOUT Stretch & Tone w/ Pvolve // No Equipment Needed, Perfect At Home, or On The Go// Sanne Vloet + Wellness Month

Hey guys,

This video is perfect for anyone just trying It’s time to kickstart this year together with a full body stretch and tone routine. I look back at 2019 and the one thing that I wish I had been more focused on was my routine, my routine around fitness. It’s not easy to stay in your fitness routine when there are so many things you feel like you need to get done in a day, but with all of my travel I’m going to really focus on sharing routines that we can do on the road, with minimal or no equipment, so we can also be consistent when we are at home, on the road, or anywhere that you have space.

Wellness month is in full swing and the it’s the start of the second week of the New Year! To keep all of us on track for a great wellness month filled with healthy recipes, fitness routines, and content about wellness (physically & mentally of course) I wanted to share this video I shot with P from Pvolve in Los Angeles. I know you guys have gotten used to seeing Sami on the channel, but don’t worry the second I get out to LA I’m going to ask her to film with me again, so hopefully she’ll say yes. This workout is perfect for anyone who is trying to get back into shape and doesn’t know where to start. I know you guys really liked my previous workouts with P so let me know what you guys think of this one!

    I love how low-impact this is. I'm 7 months pregnant, but this is totally doable without getting me out of breath (my lungs don't have much space at the moment…) Love this!

    Hi, this is my first comment. I do do love this exercise. It gives me a deep stretch and sweat from the core of my body, I hope you will keep the job with him. I am lucky to have such instruction at home. I will try to continue for 1 month and will see the results.

STRONG & BEAUTIFUL ist ein feines Full Body Yoga Workout, welches den gesamten Körper fordert, fördert und eventuell sogar die eine oder andere Grenze aufzeigt 🙂

Und eins noch: wir legen gleich zu Beginn relativ (!) kraftvoll los. Wenn ihr die Aufwärmphase gerne etwas länger gestaltet, dann macht vor der Einheit einfach noch ein paar Sonnengrüsse.

Here is a Yoga routine with the perfect balance of strength moves & flexibility poses get the best out of both worlds!
