    "Relax your butt" Love it! LOL But seriously, thank you so much for this! I injured my knee 8 weeks ago, still can't go back to work due to the pain. I used to do yoga a lot when I was younger and loved the way it made me feel, sadly as I have gotten older I have noticed that I am not a flexible/strong as I once was. Hoping this practice helps ease some of the stiffness I have been dealing with!

    I'd been having problems with my knees but this video gave me the tools to make tiny adjustments in my yoga practice and throughout the day which help me to protect my knees and strengthen the supporting muscles. Tiny tweaks with a huge impact – thank you Adriene, I don't have to go to the orthopedist after all!

    I have a cracked cartilage in my right knee. My muscle is very weak. The squats and lunges have been aggravating it so much that I just had to stop. The HIIT exercises have really been causing more damage than good. I am supposed to go for an operation but want to try strengthening my knee and leg muscles first. The operation really is my last resort. What else would you recommend for me to lose weight please?

    I know this is an old video. But thank you so much for this video! I used to dance and i love yoga too, but my knee dislocated in dance at the end of January. I had to have surgery and I’m still working on getting back to walking normally (I can limp). This is the first time I have been able to do yoga since my injury. I am so thankful for this video, cause it has got me started back on doing what I love and it gives me more hope I can get back to dancing and yoga.

    hello sir.. your video is really nice. my grandfather was suffering from knee pain and was really worried about his condition.. he was not able to walk properly and was so sad regarding his condition.. then finally he tried planet ayurveda medication and it made the best diffrence in his condition..

    Thank you Adriene, i enjoy all your yoga videos. As a person with a few knee problems, I'd like to make some comments. 1. Because of tendonitis in both knees, I find bridge to be a dangerous pose. It's too much pressure on my knees right now. I modify that one. 2.The other (not sure how to spell) is on your back, creating a diamond with the knees out. This is a problem for my other problem, miniscus, another very common knee issue. I modify by putting a block under my knee. It's too much of a stretch. Just in case you design another excellent knee class!
