    I think this is something we could ALL benefit from lately!! Managing stress is SO important when it comes to keeping our bodies and minds healthy & happy.     Hi! I just wanted to say that I love your videos and they have helped me soooo much during this pandemic. I just wanted to know if the background music could be more diverse… I feel I listen to the same songs in a lot of your videos. Maybe it's just me, but I really pay attention to the music while working out and I think it's really great when it does not become repetitive. I hope this doesn't come across as rude, it's just a friendly suggestion! Thanks once again for all of your videos. I'm a big fan 🙂

    I have all of the sudden gotten a deep pain in my butt cheek. I don’t know why, and unless I take Advil, it is constant. My question…are there any gentle stretches to reduce acute pain? If not, how soon does one wait to begin stretching again without reactivating the pain? Thank you. Love your videos.

    Hi Bri , love your workouts. Can you make a full body tone and stretch for women with disatasis recti?
    Have tried the one exclusive for that. Just that would like have a video from you for working whole body along with healing the abs in one routine for 20-39 mins. Would be so helpful

    Thank you so much for sharing this video! I have been out of alignment with my body lately from depression etc… and fell off track with all my stretching routines.     For any men watching this that suffer from CPPS like I do, this is GREAT to add on top of your workout routine. I suffer from obturator internus dysfunction, CPPS, and extremely tight hip flexors from long distance running. The videos on this channel greatly sped up my recovery and saved my life.

Here is a Yoga routine with the perfect balance of strength moves & flexibility poses get the best out of both worlds! We will be working on improving our shoulder and core stability as well as stretching our hamstrings, shoulders, hip flexors, quads, hips and basically our entire body. This routine can be done first time in the morning to energize your day or mid-afternoon as well! Feel free to do what you can and to modify the routine by making it harder or easier depending on your own level.
