Here is a Yoga routine with the perfect balance of strength moves & flexibility poses get the best out of both worlds! We will be working on improving our shoulder and core stability as well as stretching our hamstrings, shoulders, hip flexors, quads, hips and basically our entire body. This routine can be done first time in the morning to energize your day or mid-afternoon as well! Feel free to do what you can and to modify the routine by making it harder or easier depending on your own level. Thank you so much for making this video. I've been feeling really low today and did not want to go to the gym and be around people. Instead I thought to youtube "dance workout" and this was the first one to pop up. I had fun jumping around in my kitchen and loved the music. Definitely can feel my mood elevated!

Day one: I actually really really enjoy doing this. I currently weight 60kg and my goal is about 55kg ? I am not dieting, and I am also at the same time doing another workout but it's a simple 5 minute one.
