    This video has changed my life. I started just a little over a month ago. It took me a week to make it from start to finish in 1 session. I would start from the beginning every morning and ever night. I got inspired and changed my diet. By week two, I was able to do the full video twice a day. I went from 126 to 111 lbs. I am healthier and stronger than I have ever been at 33 years old. I have friends coming over to share the video and start their journey too. I can touch my toes and I am beginning to see definition in my arms and abs. Thank you Adrienne, for making me a healthier mom, wife, and dental hygienist.

    I've done a couple of Adriene's programmes, and years ago I was at a 2hr yoga class twice a week, so I plan to tackle this next. A little scared now, thanks to the comments!
    I'll give it a go, and depending on how my bad back/tight hamstrings/hole in the abdominal wall cope, will report back.

    Guys, burn fat does not have to be hard (I used to feel it did). I'll give you some advice right now. Search a diet plan called Okibetonic Secrets. Seriously, that program has transformed my entire life. I probably should not even be talking about it cause I don't want a bunch of other folks out there running the same "game" but whatever, I am in a great mood today so I will share the wealth haha.

    I love this video! It’s my go to now to help tone my core. I have a bad back from riding horses and this helps me engage my core to help take the pressure off my back. Last weekend I started it and did the whole video and then repeated the first 11 minutes of core work. I was so sore but it was a good pain lol

    Adrien your yoga is awesome but you’re talking is incredibly distracting. I wish you would do less talking so that we weren’t holding the poses for a solid 10 seconds before you’re actually moving through in the practice bc you’re describing them so much. I think you spent a solid 25 seconds describing how to do a twist, while I was already twisting…

    I thought I just wasn't the 'Yoga type' of person. Now I found this video, and I lllloooove it! Thank you so much, Adriene. Although it's 8 years old (I always think 'I wish!!!' when you say that it's 2013) it's perfect for me now. It's challenging but doable. My body feels not just exhausted like it does after HIIT workouts or other stuff, but I feel strengthened and lengthened. It's so good. <3

    You don't want to lose weight, you want to lose fat. By following stupid diet plans, I was primarily losing muscle mass. Oh god, how dumb I was? You only need correct diet and some kind of training, and the best thing is that you can find both (and much more) on website called *Agoge Diet

    I blacked out after 25 minutes. Took some break then resumed. Have anyone faced the same?
    ** I'm doing the yoga for weight loss playlist and trying to break the weight loss plateau I'm stuck in since November 2020.
    Day 1- I did complete the whole video. But I skipped a few things.
    Day 2- done. Felt good and was swimming in sweat by the end of 1 hour
    Day 3- done. It was just 36 min so felt easy than day 2 but it burnt
    Day 4- done. It was easy
    Day 5- it was a stretch. Felt AMAZING
    Day 6- done, felt amazing and easy. It was 40 min but didn't sweat much
    Day 7- 11 min cat cow. Relaxing
    Day 8- it was a 57 min session. I felt the BURN!!!!!
    Day 9- it was a 12 min core and hips yoga. Done!
    Day 10- done
