Another #chloetingchallenge for you, this time we’ve got a plank challenge that’s going work on your arms, waist, core and help you get that skinny waist and core strength. If you enjoyed the glute bridge challenge and flat abs challenge, this is another one to try out.

You can do this challenge on it’s own, but preferably do this in addition to any of your workouts. It’s just an extra 10 mins a day. Do this anywhere between 3-6 times a week if you want to get that core.

    Day 1(18th may):done, wasn't easy but it wasn't hard either!
    Day 2(19th may):done! No results seen yet 🙂
    Day 3(20th may):done! Didnt feel as hard as previous days
    Day 4(21st may):
    Day 5(22nd may):
    Day 6&7 : rest days but doing other workouts or activities to lose weight.(updating)!

    Ok I have back pain but I saw a video saying that planks are good if you have back pain so I'm gonna try to do this. If I get pass week one I'll be happy. Ill see how far I get in this video and update. I have very bad back pain and it caused me to fail over 100 pounds because dieting doesn't work for me (PCOS) and working out helped maintain and lower my weight but since my back pain started I havent been able to work out. If I cant do it at least I tried but all I can do it try.

    Through the whole 28 days (If I get that far) I might only do week one bc I'm very out of shape

    Ok update they hurt my back really bad so I cant do it. Never mind.

    Its been a while since I stop workouts but since school days is almost over i came back for this challenge again, last time I use chloe's workouts I made a huge result from 65kg to 52, since i stop i gain 2kg its been 10 months. So yah! Its my 4th day today still PLANK JAKS IS MY ENEMY ..

Here is a Yoga routine with the perfect balance of strength moves & flexibility poses get the best out of both worlds! We will be working on improving our shoulder and core stability as well as stretching our hamstrings, shoulders, hip flexors, quads, hips and basically our entire body.
