    Tbh beginners might struggle with this one. It's very fast paced and very quick transitions. I think the trainer needs to have a better structure. And slow it down a bit just so your able to follow along better and have better body form. But like her energy and passion! X

    Usually I love dance cardio workouts. But this was way too complicated to be enjoyable- I ended up spending most of the time just figuring out what the moves were and not actually dancing :/

    Actually, just watching, I thought it's done, looking then at the watch, they did only 5!!! minutes. And I'm doing this kind of videos regularly. But this one is SOOOOO quick, it's super difficult to follow…even if you only WATCH. And all ( guy and white girl) did their best.You can't do this better if you are not familiar with the choreo. Just too quick. So, take care if you practise this vid and are not trained. Could easily be bit too much. I even doubt if professional dancers get along with it

Es wird strong. Zumindest hier und da. Eure Schultern werden gut auf ihre Kosten kommen, die Oberschenkel arbeiten fleißig mit und auch die Körpermitte bringen wir kurzzeitig zum kochen.

STRONG & BEAUTIFUL ist ein feines Full Body Yoga Workout, welches den gesamten Körper fordert, fördert und eventuell sogar die eine oder andere Grenze aufzeigt 🙂

Und eins noch: wir legen gleich zu Beginn relativ (!) kraftvoll los. Wenn ihr die Aufwärmphase gerne etwas länger gestaltet, dann macht vor der Einheit einfach noch ein paar Sonnengrüsse.

Here is a Yoga routine with the perfect balance of strength moves & flexibility poses get the best out of both worlds!
