    I did it for 11 days and lost almost 4kgs although i dont know Whether it is water weight or not but i am on right track thanks

    Day 1:
    Day 2:
    Day 3: my hands killing me but done
    Day 4: can see changes in my stomach area but hands are still paining
    Day 5 :- couldn't do as i was busy
    Day 6:- my body is more flexible and am able to do them with ease
    Day 7:- done
    Day 8:- done i sweating a lot
    Day 9:- couldn't do as i was busy ?
    Day 10:- done can see some changes and able to hold them for more time
    Day 11:- done
    BTW: like if you want me to continue
    Also i am not doing side plank pose
