Here is a Yoga routine with the perfect balance of strength moves & flexibility poses get the best out of both worlds! We will be working on improving our shoulder and core stability as well as stretching our hamstrings, shoulders, hip flexors, quads, hips and basically our entire body. This routine can be done first time in the morning to energize your day or mid-afternoon as well! Feel free to do what you can and to modify the routine by making it harder or easier depending on your own level. This has been my go to practice every morning for the lat couple of years. It gives me such a great start to the day. I know exactly what Adriene is going to say. It leads on into all the other practices beautifully and never fails to make me feel grounded, happy and peaceful. Who could ask for more ??

I've done one 30 days yoga with Adriene at the start of the pandemic and was in love with it. I did some more random yoga videos from her but after that I slowly do lesser yoga everyday and always search yoga with stretching on YouTube as I want to do both instead of just pure yoga.
After more than 6 months passed without tuning in to her class. Today I clicked into Adriene's yoga class again, and it reminded me why I fall in love with yoga. It's very different compared to other yoga videos, instead of just focusing on the movement, Adriene focus a lot about self love as well, which is what I needed now.
I want to do more 30 days yoga now! Thank you for bringing your love of yoga to the world Adriene!
