When we asked our Tabata Songs listeners what other workouts they do that could use some programed music and instruction (a la Tabata Songs), the overwhelming response was… The 7 Minute Workout! Well, you asked for it and we listened! The 7 Minute Workout, a scientifically driven sequence of movements famous by this New York Times article, has gone viral among young professionals with heavy work schedules.

Our listeners’ feedback stated that The 7 Minute Workout, just like Tabata, can be difficult without help of a timer and/or instruction. So we made our first 7 Minute Workout Song based off of our most popular Tabata Song (“Deep Orchestra Tabata”).

    I have been using this video for seven years. 🙂 I do this excercise one time in every week and I do the same with the other excercises from other good videos.
    But firstly I had to learn how to do pushups in a good way. It is not obvious but it can be dangerous if you do it in a wrong way! But fortunatelly there are some videos which try to teach how to do the pushups! It worth to study them too!

    I feel bad doing 12 min workouts. They still feel good i guess but do they really add progress if you do that for 12 minutes a day and move on with your things? Especially if you still eat junky food after, these workouts are just a waste of time. Unless you are fully comitted, you wont see the change.

    It's the tempo that kills. I didn't make it past the third set of the raised knee pushups. I feel like I could do this properly within a couple weeks tho.
