    Both of my knees (and sometimes other parts of my body) keep shaking while doing these stretches and I've been doing them for months now. What could be the reason for this? Is there something I could do to prevent that from happening? I do enjoy these stretches, so I don't want to stop doing them, but the shaking's disconcerting nonetheless.

    when I do the seated torso rotation it hurts my lower back. I don't know what it's supposed to be stretching, so I'm finding it hard to correct myself. can anyone enlighten me as to where I should feel the stretch?

    This was a great recovery after Week 2 of the Strong programme. I can feel my knees have taken a beating though, so it would be nice to have some recovery workouts for knees too.

    I am fairly active and have been my entire life, but I cannot get my lower back to touch the ground when I lay on my back, especially if my arms are out. What am I missing? (I am hyper-flexible in my back, so it is really hard to actually feel a stretch… even when trying to lay flat on my back).

    Just a little stretch. We tend to neglect these types of workouts as they're easy if you're injury free. Which makes me realise that I can still do a workout with my favourite duo when I'm feeling less interested in anything too physical, just to stay supple. Thanks

Es wird strong. Zumindest hier und da. Eure Schultern werden gut auf ihre Kosten kommen, die Oberschenkel arbeiten fleißig mit und auch die Körpermitte bringen wir kurzzeitig zum kochen.

STRONG & BEAUTIFUL ist ein feines Full Body Yoga Workout, welches den gesamten Körper fordert, fördert und eventuell sogar die eine oder andere Grenze aufzeigt 🙂

Und eins noch: wir legen gleich zu Beginn relativ (!) kraftvoll los. Wenn ihr die Aufwärmphase gerne etwas länger gestaltet, dann macht vor der Einheit einfach noch ein paar Sonnengrüsse.

Here is a Yoga routine with the perfect balance of strength moves & flexibility poses get the best out of both worlds!
