    Good morning… I tried this technique for the first time, for 20 minutes as suggested and I deeply wept and found myself realizing how unsafe I have felt all throughout my life and how deeply affected I have been through my traumatic experiences, especially as a child and budding young woman….

    I don’t know how I should feel about this or know if this is a normal result of this???

    I intend to meditate daily from this day forward but I don’t know what to make of this.

    Also I am a psychic and a medium.

    Thank you! This was a beautiful flow and just the pace I needed after work. The left side did seem a lot faster, but the good thing about a pre-recorded class is I can pause and rewind lol. Loved the style though!
