Here is a Yoga routine with the perfect balance of strength moves & flexibility poses get the best out of both worlds! We will be working on improving our shoulder and core stability as well as stretching our hamstrings, shoulders, hip flexors, quads, hips and basically our entire body. This routine can be done first time in the morning to energize your day or mid-afternoon as well! Feel free to do what you can and to modify the routine by making it harder or easier depending on your own level. I'm doing this for 3 days now and my abs looks more visible than doing separate abs and arms workout. TRUST ME GUYS EMI'S WORKOUT WORKS

Ps. I lost 4kg just doing her workouts (from 64kg to 60kg just in 2 weeks )

Some piece of advice you can't see results immediately even if you showered your self with sweat everyday within 1 to 2 weeks. But you can notice the difference like your belly or limbs will tighten. So I hope you can continue this for 5 – 7 weeks and I can guarantee you will see results.
(This is just my research because I started doing this for the last 2 weeks. I started eating less 3 times a day with no snacks and jog 1.2 km on weekends for the last 2 weeks, I still can't see that much of a loss but I feel great everyday doing it. And hope so do you.)
