If you’ve got flexibility goals, these poses will help you get there! We’ll mix static and dynamic stretches to give you the best of both worlds. Ideal for yogis who are short on time but want to stretch their entire body. Beginners welcome 🙂

    I’ve been having terrible neck and shoulder pain due to online teaching. I’m also getting horrible headaches due to it. Your videos have helped but I would love a 10 minute flow that targets shoulders, neck and back.

    I just found this routine and it’s doing me a world
    of good. At 67 , aches and pains, stiffness even if your aim is a 45 minute walk is common place. But this 15 minute routine is really really helpful. Thank you

    LOVE this video. The positions are perfect for mornings and your instruction is exactly what I need. You explain when to breathe and how to flow without looking. As a beginner it took me a few tries to get it down, but I have never felt like I could achieve yoga until this video! Only 15 minutes is gold as a mom of 3 little kids. I am excited that I have been able to use it as a jumping off point and fit in to my schedule! I hope to only improve and try my complex things. Thank you!
