RUTINA DE CARDIO PARA REDUCIR LA CINTURA | 30 MINUTOS

Hoy os traigo una rutina de cardio con ejercicios para reducir la cintura de 30 minutos además de eliminar grasas y quemar esas calorías que nos sobran. ¿Quién se anima?

Si veis que os cuesta seguir con los ejercicios podéis disminuir la intensidad de estos.

    Si chicos, si funciona, echenle ganas y no se detengan, es la segunda vez que hago esta rutina , la hago 4 veces por semana. La primera vez bajé 10 libras (en un mes y acompañado de dieta claro) y tuve que detenerme por cuestiones ajenas a mi voluntad. Esta es la segunda vez, llevo 11 libras menos, ha pasado 1 mes y medio (y he tenido altibajos ?). Pero en fin, si hacen la rutina y su dieta baja en calorias les irá bien, no se rindan

    saving your time :

    Plank – 1 min
    Elbow Plank – 30 sec
    Raised Leg Plank – 1 min (30 sec each leg)
    Left Side Plank – 30 sec
    Right Side Plank – 30 sec
    Full Plank – 30 secs
    Elbow Plank – 1 min

    after a week there is visible diffrence

    plank is one of the ebst workouts and with little effort get your dream body but don't put to much pressure on yourself!

    I'm gonna do this every day twice for a week, I'll keep you updated if I see process ;)))
    day 1: my soul left my body no joke- BUT I KINDA SEE PROCESS? IT'S DAY 1 I'm not gonna do it twice today because I'm lazy and it's like 3am lol.
    Day 2: OKAY, I'm kinda positive I'm seeing the process? I'm gonna keep going.
    Day2: for me, it's now 3pm in the afternoon I just did it again for the second time today. In about an hour or sm ill be going on a 6-mile walk….(I'm being forced) i guess I have to. MY STOMACH IS SO FLAT?? like not really…but a bit yk?? i gtg see you tmrw.
    Day3:oml the other day I was 132.9-pounds…now i' 130.5 holy, crap…I'm gonna keep going ill do it again in the afternoon. I REALLY RECOMMEND DOING THIS. Or at least trying. my stomach is so flat..

STRONG & BEAUTIFUL ist ein feines Full Body Yoga Workout, welches den gesamten Körper fordert, fördert und eventuell sogar die eine oder andere Grenze aufzeigt 🙂
