    PERFECT!!! Im already training with U 1h30 to 2h 3 times a week on sundays & days off & 30mn before work when I can. This is my new routine after work when I can't train in the morning. Thanks 4 the motivation!

    Any tips or tricks on not shifting your weight in the bear crawl position? I shift currently between centered and each leg, which sends sharp pains through my knees…not great, obviously but I’m not sure how not to do that entirely 😳🤔
