Ohhhh yes – a BEGINNER ab workout! ︎ / Werbung

If you have a hard time keeping up with my super intense “10min Ab Workout” and “10min Sixpack Workout”… THIS ONE IS FOR YOU 🙂

Everybody starts somewhere and my other workouts require suuuper strong core muscles. That’s why I really wanted to create an ab workout, that is suitable for beginners – while still being super effective.

And listen.. it even includes BREAKS! 😀
(If you feel like it’s too easy with the breaks though: just continue the last exercise during the break & jump into the new movement one once I start with it as well)

My mom tried this workout and said, that it’s 100% manageable for her .. although she usually isn’t so much into working out. That means: no excuses for you. GIVE IT A TRY


No Equipment necessary and not much space needed 🙂 The video is in full length which means you can just follow whatever I’m doing 30s for each exercise. There is a small break included and you can have a look at what exercise is up next.

I recommend switching up your workouts to give your muscles enough time to recover and to hit them from different angles.

    I used to have abs and toned body… Then miss Rona the virus got me and all i could do is lay in bed for
    2 months. So right now i cant believe this, but this was hard for me. I had abs guys… Stay safe!

    First day : it was tiring i stopped at 7:37 couldn't complete because my warm up was 200 Jumping jack and 50 squat, tomorrow i'm gonna start with this and then jump and squat, i believe this is so affective ??

    Long term virtually housebound 14 years due to undiagnosed?! til now,! M.S.
    Happy Walking is so Mine as much as it can be.
    Used to Gym Swim Cycle Jazzercise and Salsa 😉 most days.
    Then with no support / accompaniment No Balance All came to seriously dangerous Standstill but now, walking gear back in action.
    Sheltered from sunshine n fresh air indoors but won't, can't stagnate so…..

    I was not sure that I could make it because I am sort of like an overweight person but every time I workout I will never sweat but this walking made me realize that what sweat of workouts is like enjoyed it too thanks for this fun way o exercise

Here is a Yoga routine with the perfect balance of strength moves & flexibility poses get the best out of both worlds!
