    I got some weird pain from an exercise. The first one down on the mat (hug & extend), I couldn't extend cause of a pain right below my chest! I did this same routine yesterday without a problem, so I'm thinking I probably didn't do this one correctly. Any ideas what I could be doing wrong?
    Otherwise, I love the videos!

    I want to ask you something: What do you think happens after you die? Supposing there are such places known as Heaven and Hell, where do you think you would go? Do you want to know the truth, or do you want to continue living in the sweet lie you may be living in? Remember, no matter how hurtful the truth may be, it will always point you in the right direction. On the other hand, no matter how sweet, a lie will always keep you from going in the right direction.

    We are all guilty of sin. What is a sin? A sin is a transgression against God’s Will and His Law. God created the Universe and everything in it, and when Adam and Eve committed the first sin, their souls were polluted with sin and selfishness, and as we are their descendants, we have inherited the same polluted souls. We will all eventually face God and be judged. God is good, and because of that, He will judge us according to His perfect, moral standard: His Law. If you just take a look at the Ten Commandments, you’ve probably broken every commandment in one way or another, and I have too. God is holy and righteous, and because you have sinned, He has to punish you, and the punishment for sin is death, both physically and spiritually…aka, going to Hell. However, God is also merciful, loving, and kind, and He loves all of us, so He provided us with one way to escape that punishment and receive forgiveness: His Son, Jesus Christ. Being fully God and fully man, He was without sin and died on the cross for the sins of the entire world, not because He deserved it, but so all of us could receive forgiveness. We don’t deserve forgiveness, but God is willing to forgive us because of what Jesus did and because He loves us. Jesus Christ came to be our Savior and your Savior. He died on the cross for your sins, for your transgressions, suffered for your iniquities, so that God would have mercy and forgive you because God loves you. After three days, Jesus rose again, defeating sin and death. Here’s a really popular verse:

    “For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.” (John 3:16).

    Everyone who trusts in Him has eternal life. Nothing you do will ever earn you eternal life, but because of everything that Jesus did, now we can receive that gift. Repent from your sins (turn away from them and turn to God), believe in Jesus Christ and everything He has done for you, me, and everyone, and accept Him as your one and only Lord and Savior. As long as you are still breathing, as long as your heart is beating, you can accept this amazing gift, so please, don’t wait until you can’t anymore. He can save you, and if you cry out to Him and accept Him as your Lord and Savior, He will save you. Accept it today, right now, and start living your life for Him, because no matter how hard it may be, it is always worth the fight. Please, do it now!
