    I loved this. I did a bit of yoga in my 20s but this 71-year-old body needs a tune-up before it can do all that (tree pose? Seriously?). This was so perfect and so respectful. And it feels really good. I will be looking for others as I restart my yoga journey.

    These are the stretching exercises I learned from a pain therapy clinic. I was inpatient for 2 weeks. I came back from migraines and used it for years. I was back to having to start over. Thanks for the video.

    I've just discovered this program and while I don't (quite) call myself a "senior" I found it perfect as I have had a break from yoga as I've been travelling (very lucky in Australia) and have really become tight and sore.     I just started practising w Adrienne. In each pose, l would like to know exactly where l should be feeling the stretch. Sometimes l imitate the pose, but l don't clearly feel which body points are the target of the pose. Thank you for this helpful video.

    I am just getting into yoga. I have a lot of pain in my shoulders and neck. I did this whole session( thats not saying much for others) but it was a lot for me. Thank you for helping seniors and anyone just getting into yoga. The quiet relaxing way you speak is very helpful as well.

    Firstly YWA has been wonderful for me in so many ways helping me to manage my mind through lockdown, but also ease of movement, tone and I can feel an empowering full body strength. Thank you!
    I would like to request a yoga practice for people like my Mum. My mum is 68 has put on weight which is unusual for her and she struggle to manage it. She has stiffness in the legs, knees and wrists which inhibits her ability to walk comfortably and she has very arthritic hands. She does a lot of gardening and manages various animals including her horse, which she can no longer ride because of the aching in her body. She does have a background in theatre studies and dance. I suspect she's feeling very disconnected from her body because of the challenge she feels regarding her general mobility. It worries me she believes it's a symptom of age and that there's nothing she can do about it. I strongly believe that she can improve through yogic movement, supporting full body strength and connection. I'd like to request a simple yoga practice which could help someone like my Mum to help gain full body strength and hopefully some mobility back.i do hope you can help. I know you're probably non stop! Many thanks and kindest regards Sophie
