    Thank you Adriene for this video. For pouring yourself into the practice and for taking me places I had forgotten I could go within me . I have been practicing yoga for over 9 years now, but I recently disconnected from it. I kept practicing, but only today I realized I had been disconnected.. not with the practice only, but with myself. And that "step back with your split" did resonate; the whole time everything you said resonated with me. Thank you!
