Hi friends, this week I’m offering you a 30 minute practice perfect for beginners! Now just because a class is for beginners, doesn’t mean it isn’t challenging! We are going to work on building foundational strength, balance and flexibility. The great thing about this practice is that there are no props necessary and it’s great for all experience levels.

If you’re new to yoga, remember that the most important thing is to stay focused on your breath. Don’t worry if you don’t get all the poses correctly or if you need to take a break. Be patient with yourself, do what you can and remember to relax. This is a wonderful class to alleviate stress and anxiety.

    Am I the only one that feels this is not very beginner friendly? You are moving so fast through the poses that by the time I finally get into one and look up to see if I'm doing it right you have already moved onto another

    What I learned from this video: I am as infelxable as a board and need to impliment yoga and stretches into my daily rotine cause I could barely do half of these properly

    Perfect pacing for a chubby middle aged lauded who hasn’t done yoga before. My cat sits on my tummy for bridge pose and gives himself a little wash… I love all your other beginner videos and do them daily! Thank you kassandra!

    This was my first attempt of doing yoga besides postnatal exercise class which I didn't continue after the first session because tears started flowing half way through and I was ashamed. Now I know that tearing up during yoga exercise is completely normal since I am releasing a lot of tension. Obv I cried during this 30min exercise. Thank you very much for your calm and gentle way of teaching and making it possible to practise these exercises from the comfort of my own space.
