    I've been doing this for 4 months and going 5

    1) I get better sleeping
    I used to struggle sleeping even my parents are angry at me for not sleeping early but ever since i've done this i got to sleep easier

    2) My body feels better
    Now i noticed that i didnt yoga it felt stiff and not feel good says like "meh" or i just feel my body now is good and better and felt my body say "Thank you sweetie"

    3) I became more flexible
    I was already flexible but when i try yoga i realized i was THAT stiff and again doing things for 4 months change my life here

    Thank you, You help me calm down because I just woke up in 1:30am because i can't sleep cause my nausea and anxiety. I use two different method before yoga for bedtime. It really helps me and sleep well, I use lavender oil sleep soundly. I will do this every night before bed. Thank you so much for sharing this yoga. I may be teenagers soon to be finished highschool next year. Its my first yoga, its was calming, felt relaxed and relieved.

Try this 10-minute yoga sequence for emotional release and healing to feel better fast. It’s a gentle yoga flow for surrender and inner peace.


When things get a little overwhelming for me, I like to get on my mat and do a gentle full-body stretch like this sequence. It helps me work all of my emotions out through my body, releasing any tension, anxiety, frustration, or pain. There is something so healing and symbolic of each of the yoga postures in this yoga class. We begin in child’s pose, a pose of reverence and surrender. Then we stretch the spine and neck with some dynamic stretches in cat/cow pose.

I love this yoga sequence because it doesn’t take that long to feel grounded and centered. It’s like a moving meditation with deep breathing and I come to this flow when I need to find a little inner peace. I hope that you find an emotional release in this yoga class with me.
