    I just looked up “beginners yoga” I came across your video and loved it. I used to do yoga but this past year I had a heart transplant and have been kicking myself for being unmotivated and out of shape. This was the perfect video for me to get over my fear and to begin again. Thank you.

    yoga, particularly for a beginner, is wayyy harder than it looks (maybe just for me and my tight and tense lockdown muscles lol.) but this video made it fun and less like a workout. thank you 🙂

    My wrists hurt a lot whenever I do any of the poses that have my palms on the mat (cat cow and downward dog). Does it just take time to get used to it or build strength? Or do I need to modify something?

    This lady is SO ANNOYING. She doesn’t shut up for one second during this video. Half the time she’s saying the same thing over and over. It’s hard to concentrate. I just want to hear the instructor count sets not talk about what they did on the weekend. Yoga is supposed to be a relaxing exercise but her constant talking just irritates me. I’ll be looking for a more suitable video for me to follow.

    For everyone thats gonna try this remember that we all loose weight at different rates and we all lose weight in different areas a lot quicker then someone else might, this WILL help you loose weight the way you can manage it is keep some of the tight clothes you may have now and the easier it is to get into those clothes the more weight you’re losing
