Here is a Yoga routine with the perfect balance of strength moves & flexibility poses get the best out of both worlds! This has been great for me it’s been a week since I have started. I have start seeing changes I have lost about 3-4 pounds in a week. I also have ran on the treadmill after these workouts. I recommend this with a healthy diet and I guarantee you will see some changes. Thanks so much for this video.
