    Weight 80kg and a bulky belly pouch wish me luck i m starting this program.
    Day 1 i m not able to do 15 bicycle crunch but i tried my best.
    Day 2 i m able to do bicycle crunches but i think more appropriateness is required.

    Total BS! Been doing planks 365 days a year for the last one and half years including serious cardio and weight training 5 days a week plus controlled diet. I’m nowhere near this other than a less bloated stomach.

    This has been great for me it’s been a week since I have started. I have start seeing changes I have lost about 3-4 pounds in a week. I also have ran on the treadmill after these workouts. Es wird strong. Zumindest hier und da. Eure Schultern werden gut auf ihre Kosten kommen, die Oberschenkel arbeiten fleißig mit und auch die Körpermitte bringen wir kurzzeitig zum kochen.

STRONG & BEAUTIFUL ist ein feines Full Body Yoga Workout, welches den gesamten Körper fordert, fördert und eventuell sogar die eine oder andere Grenze aufzeigt 🙂

Und eins noch: wir legen gleich zu Beginn relativ (!) kraftvoll los. Wenn ihr die Aufwärmphase gerne etwas länger gestaltet, dann macht vor der Einheit einfach noch ein paar Sonnengrüsse.
