    I have been doing this everyday for the last 118 days, and so much changes have happened to me — not only physically, but mentally and emotionally. I am more open, stronger, and focused person thanks to this practice. Even after doing yoga 4-5 days a week in a studio setting for a year and a half, I could never do a full boat pose. With this practice, I got it about 70 days in. Simple and basic, but powerful, I can't thank Yoga Journal and Jason enough for making it available free of charge. If Jason ever comes to my city to teach a workshop, I will be sure to attend — and seek advice on which sequence he recommends as the next level!

    Hello, long time yoga journal fan here. Love your videos, this one is great. Over 20 years I've built-up quite a yoga journal collection of VHS (can't part with them ) DVDs, CDs and magazines. Was delighted to find your YouTube chanel but have noticed that many of my favorites videos have been deleted, why is that?

    Definitely serious lack of warm-ups and meaningful holding of poses to develop strength and breath awareness…but he sure looks pretty…so "Yoga Journal"…all looks and no substance.

    So, I watch this before and saved it. Been telling myself I'm going to do it every night. Set an alarm and over a week past. Finally did it just now and literally sat here crying at the end when you said "thank yourself…" cause honestly, I've been berating myself for not starting.

    This is a great intro video for those of us who have less flexibility and bigger bodies. I loved the description and have passed it along to other beginners. The big con is that this video is great for people who have the paid youtube. However, for those of us unpaid, there are three commercial breaks which force you out of the poses and one during the final mediation which ruined the effect for me.

    Nice to see Westerners embracing Yoga originated in India. In India Christian groups are not letting their youth to do yoga and calling it satanic. Even though westerners themselves don’t go to church each day Christians in India are vandalising temples as bible preaches hate against idols. Add to this western and Middle Eastern media is full of conspiracy theories on Indian government.
