A 60-minute yin yoga class to release tension in the body and melt stress away. This practice is all about slow and steady conscious breathing as well as listening to your body and watching your mind. We will hold each pose for 2-3 minutes each. Do not force anything. Just let it all come forward and find stillness inside of it. That is where you will experience the benefits of this practice.
Props needed: 2 yoga blocks (optional blanket and bolster)
Roll out your mat and enjoy!

I have the same Mat as you and I also do hot yoga. I’ve never have the same slippery problem so I’m curious if you are laying it on the correct side? The black part is suppose to be what you practice on and the grey side is suppose to be on the ground! (Or at least that’s what I’ve been doing and has worked for me haha) I hope that helps

I might be biased because i've been watching your ASMR channel for like 2 years, but I feel like even for a regular YouTube channel you are talking very fast. Trying to squeeze in as much in a short amount of time. Still good to watch and good to know but its like GwenGwizOnCocaine lol

I really like Native deodorant so far! I used to use Schmidt's but than after a year of using it, it started giving me rashes so I switched to the sensitive skin one and that worked, but neither were my total faves. Native is great. I also like Lavanilla, but you need to reapply more often, HOWEVER, my all time fave fave is the Takesumi Detox by Kaia's Naturals. THE BEST. A little pricey, but I used to get it on Petit Vour's website which is all vegan and gives you 20% on all purchases. Haven't used it in a while because it is like a $20 USD deodorant, but honestly worth it if you're okay spending that. I am probably going to buy one once my Native is used up and then buy another and go back and forth between Takesumi Detox by KN and Native. 🙂 Hope that helps! Long rant about vegan deodorant. x)

@ Flex N Fly, I was already looking at the top before you said it was a yoga outfit lol. That. Your mat is awesome, you are investing in yours. Your design looks great and I love you can fold the mat. I wanted to do yoga this weekend while working out of town, but decided against bringing my regular mat. I didn't feel like the hassle. I love what that crop top says. You Rock!

All I have and wear is yoga / workout out gear… even when I don't work out lol. I have the Blue Rise mat. Just bought blocks at Marshall's to help with opening my hips because they are as tight and I need to be more flexible. And I have the Wildin' sweater to just chill with!!! Thanks ma!
